A croissant isnt that difficult to make, but when every stage of the process is perfected, you get what we have here at Julien Plumart a Great Taste Awards two-star winner. Our croissant dough is made over three days using a sourdough starter, then laminated with the best French butter from Normandy. We prove our croissants slowly, then gently bake them every morning just an hour before we open our café doors. Golden, flaky, crunchy on the outside and buttery in the middle, youll taste simplicity and perfection in every bite.
