Lemon Meringue Tart (Sharing Sizes)

One of my favorite classic tarts - a buttery sweet pastry case filled with rich, smooth lemon cream and topped with Swiss meringue. We add a dash of gold dust for that extra touch of drama. This is about as good as lemon meringue tarts get!
